Production line inspector — Yates County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line inspector in Yates County, New York. On a typical shift you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
