Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Shinkafi, Zamfara State. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦145,000 per month, based on your experience.
