Immediate opening: construction labourer (Scotland)

Join our team: we are hiring a construction labourer in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. You will be based on a building construction site. The role involves dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Full-time with occasional weekends.
