You should have: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Day to day you will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
