Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
