Concrete worker wanted in Tate County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete worker in Tate County, Mississippi. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. The role involves carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
