Panel technician — Jefferson County

Day to day you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience.
