Scullery hand — Judith Basin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Judith Basin County, Montana. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Six days a week, one day off.
