UPVC welding machine operator • Grant County, West Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Grant County, West Virginia. The job is on a window-and-door production line. On a typical shift you will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. Ideal candidate: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience.
