Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Day-to-day duties: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Full-time, day shift. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
