System formwork carpenter • Lee County, Arkansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Lee County, Arkansas. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. Day to day you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience.
