Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Platte County, Wyoming. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Part-time with flexible hours.
