Cake decorator — Champaign County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Champaign County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
