Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Beaver County, Utah. The job is at a busy machine shop. On the job you will handle: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
