Paint booth operator wanted in Cass County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Cass County, North Dakota. You will work in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
