Steel fixing chargehand — Bacon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Bacon County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level 4+ years on the tools preferred.
