Now hiring: we are hiring a production line operator in Clay County, Arkansas. You will be based on a production line. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery The role involves: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers 6+ years on the tools preferred.
