Surface coating operator — Doma

Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
