Solid plasterer — Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Jefferson County, Florida. The job is at a new-build housing development. Day-to-day duties: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings You should have: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
