Line cook — Fulton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Fulton County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
