Line cook • Lehigh County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
