Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Taylor County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
