Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
