Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
