Commis chef — Monongalia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time with occasional weekends.
