We are recruiting: AC mechanic (Alaska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at an air conditioning service centre. On a typical shift you will mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Can read electrical and piping schematics Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
