Press operator — Clay County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press operator in Clay County, Kansas. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. Day to day you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
