You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day The role involves: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
