Rigging foreman — Orleans County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Orleans County, Vermont. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
