Roofing technician — Metcalfe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing technician in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
