Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers.
