Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £150 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
