Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Bedford County, Virginia. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting.
