You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
