Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation installer in Malheur County, Oregon. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
