Bakery assistant — Hampden County

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Hampden County, Massachusetts. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
