Stamping press operator — McLean County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stamping press operator in McLean County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Day to day you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; record output and downtime on the production sheet; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
