Great opportunity: we are hiring a control panel electrician in Fremont County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars. You should have: • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
