Immediate opening: bakery assistant (Minnesota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lyon County, Minnesota. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
