Fusing press operator wanted in El Dorado County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fusing press operator in El Dorado County, California. You will work in a tailoring workshop. The role involves remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; give each garment a final press before packing; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
