Shuttering carpenter — Eureka County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Eureka County, Nevada. On a typical shift you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse. What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
