Rigger — Mariga

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in Mariga, Niger State. On the job you will handle: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
