In-process quality controller — Dickinson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Dickinson County, Michigan. The role involves: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
