Toolroom milling operator — Stone County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Stone County, Missouri. The job is in a toolroom. On a typical shift you will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
