Vacuum press operator — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Washington County, Tennessee. You will be based in a busy laundry. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine On the job you will handle: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
