Safety marshal — Young County

Now hiring: we are hiring a safety marshal in Young County, Texas. The role involves verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
