Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Winkler County, Texas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
