Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Amherst County, Virginia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
