Scullery hand • Ikeduru, Imo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ikeduru, Imo State. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Six days a week, one day off.
