Grill cook wanted in Dawes County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Dawes County, Nebraska. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
